no, they are the prices excluding the tax...return flight
it's a misleading thing, not sure why they can get away with advertising the flights in such way...

KLM........Just booked Dubai/Newcastle return in Aug change at Amsterdam 2075dhs return ie 1050 less than BA which would also have been 1 change and a wopping 1800dhs less than Emirates direct.
