In the charge sheet, prosecutors asked the court to implement articles 121 and 356 of the Federal Penal Code. According to article 356, a suspect who molests someone against his/her will faces a temporary punishment which varies between three and 15 years in jail Also the copper stated he was on duty at the beach, and was in the middle of a swim? Now that is dedication for you, forget catching speeding motorists or burglars, swimming is a much better way to fight crime. Wouldn't be surprised if the beach at 3am is Dubai's answer to Clapham Common and a well known cruising location. |

And did the officer notice that the accused had taken his trunks off when he tried to swim past in front of him?
Not much of a cop if you let someone get that close to you and grope you... And I guess someone has to say it: Is that a truncheon in your pocket or are you just happy to see me? |
