fresh air awesome...can actually smell the grass, trees, flowers etc
greenery, just how many shades of green are there, reckon ive counted a few thousand by now
wedding 1 awesome...sun shinning on the banks of the dee in royal deeside (banchory lodge for those who know) piper, ceiliedh, good mates, ridiculously cheap rounds (compared to dubai) all in all best time i have had in ages
pics will follow just to sicken you all.
onto round 2 now dumfries for a week.
oh didnt get to the bervie chipper unfortunately but they now have a chipper on the A92 which will save a detour into inverbervie in the future

Was in past the Marcliffe at Pitfodels for a meal when I was home.. Usually, I have to take out a 2nd mortgage to afford there, but the cost of food and drink was cheaper than an average night out in Dubai....

aye, thats really brought it home just how much the cost of living in dubai has got out of control, we stayed at ardoe house hotel and the "posh" dinner i treated my wife and i too to cost less than a mid level meal in dubai....absolute insanity
