I got my lad a book when he was around 11, then as BB said they cover it at BSAK also. I had a serous chat with him last year as there was a girl on the scene, also as Mata said I told him i would @ucking kill him, if he got up to any crap.

If the law states that it is illegal for kids to have sex under the age of 16,it should be illegal for them to have a child.

I still remember the youngest girl (who became a mother) in UK who was only 12 years old.
so she started doing it at age of 11 or 10 ..who knows maybe 9

if it had been a 15 year old boy having sex with a 13 year old girl he would have been prosecuted for sure. I hate the double standards that apply in English criminal law!

Put it this way.
if I had come home when I was 13 and told my mum I was pregnant she would have dragged me up the doctors (if i'd still been alive!) and there wouldnt have been any argument over whether I wanted to keep it.
