well there are about 4 hotels with bars or alcohol available plus one with a nightclub (which is chock full of hookers..good or bbad thing depending on your outlook)
there are a couple of bars located within whats called 'touristic city' they are not so bad, close to sort of a regular bar/late disco bar style.

funnily enough beer is really expensive, but spirits are reasonable, probably due to the volumes involved bringing them into the country.My liver isnt thanking me for this new change of alcohol 'diet' so to speak.

There is also a reasonably good network of house parties and gatherings, which seem lively enough. I am only breaking into this scene at the moment, but personally I am never a huge fan of this scene, very quickly I find it a little bit incestous or claustrophic with too much background and history between everyone.
However these groups usually include my favourite type of women..married women ..so its swings and roundabouts :p
