1 or 2 nights in Spain or Portugal

I have to leave Morocco in about 4 weeks time for a visa run. And although flight durations are short back to UK, the timings are crap so I'm thinking Spain or Portugal instead, for 1 or 2 nights. Madrid and Barcelona have decent timings, as does Lisbon and I think also the Ballearics. I've been to Barcelona before, so fancy somewhere different. Southern France also a possibility.

Any recommendations? :D

You could do Spanish enclave Cueta by car but head to Lisbon - it is a great city
