St Lucia Residency
 
I'm considering applying for residency here in St Lucia for various reasons however, my friend has had a bad experience so decided to 'give' up. It appears that his paperwork was being 'lost' all too often.

Has anyone successfully negotiated the process? If so, do you have any tips to smooth the process? Or have a good contact!

Maybe use a good lawyer for this, that is my tip. Everybody's circumstances are different and just because your friend had a bad experience does not mean you will. The first thing you have to establish is do you qualify for residency, then take it from there.
