Ginger Roger, prices vary so you will have to check with the local letting agencies as to what is available. Prices on the north and the south of the island are in two different brackets, the north being about double the price of the south, but that is where most of the action is.

Marigot Bay and Rodney Bay - both ex-pat areas around $2-4,000EC for a two bed flat - other areas are a lot cheaper.

Just to add to this, the two-bed places in the Marina Village in Marigot Bay for long-term rental are USD1,000 per month plus water and elect, year-round.:)

Just called the Manager!

If it's overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world it can't be that bad. Do you have a view over the bay Pistolpete ?

No on both scores Pg!

These have a nice view but are down in the actual shopping area next to the ferry across the Bay.

We live three miles from Marigot Bay low down behind a small hill to the West (the sun disappears for us at about 5:15pm at this time of year :)), but can see Marigot Village from where we are.

I nearly bought one of those fractional ownerships overlooking the bay a few years ago. Loved the view, but opted to buy my own land in the end.
