Re: ST LUCIA RENTED ACCOMADATION
Marigot Bay and Rodney Bay - both ex-pat areas around $2-4,000EC for a two bed flat - other areas are a lot cheaper.

Just to add to this, the two-bed places in the Marina Village in Marigot Bay for long-term rental are USD1,000 per month plus water and elect, year-round.:)

If it's overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world it can't be that bad. Do you have a view over the bay Pistolpete ?
These have a nice view but are down in the actual shopping area next to the ferry across the Bay. We live three miles from Marigot Bay low down behind a small hill to the West (the sun disappears for us at about 5:15pm at this time of year :)), but can see Marigot Village from where we are. |
