Zanne, this isn't exactly what you asked for but...

We stayed at the Downtown Hotel in Soufriere. Bare bones type of place (e.g. no restaurant, no room service, no beach, no pool, front desk only open certain hours - not a problem as we're not too demanding) but it was very clean and moderately quiet. I'm not sure if it's little-mr friendly, though. But the price was good, and we just took a water taxi to the places we wanted to go.

It was kind of like a hybrid of hotel and hostel - nicer than most hostels I've been in, but as I said above, bare bones.

Maybe a bigger town like Castries would have better options for you?

I also visited the Ladera resort for lunch one day. Gorgeous, beautiful, fantastic views of the Pitons... but I bet it's pricey.
