Default reasonably priced family-friendly accommodations in St. Lucia?

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on places to stay in St. Lucia for a family of 6 adults and a young child for one week? We've been to Coconut Bay two years ago and it was nice and all, but costs around $2000 per person for a week.

So what we basically need is:
- A family-friendly place that can accommodate about 5 to 6 adults, and one 2.5-year old child.
- A decent variety of prepared food available closeby for us to purchase.

Any resorts, or hotels-"bed-and-breakfast" places that are family-friendly and have good restaurants or other eateries nearby would be fine.

thx.
