I'm hoping someone out there might be able to help me out here or point me in the right direction.

I need to get a valuation done on a property, but the property won't be up for sale...
Does anyone know of someone that does property valuations (in st lucia)?

Good question, I will look into this and get back to you. I know a lot of property is sold in St Lucia without no valuation done, and in todays market it boils down to what the serious buyers are prepared to pay.
