Hi does anyone know the rules in regards to opening a beach bar.
What can you serve without having to put in a toilet ( added expense and hassle) any advice on anything to do with vending, licences etc much appreciated.

Wouldnt you want a toilet for your/your employee to use? I would concern myself more with what are the possibilities to make any money out of it, the theft of your inventory overnight etc

My silence was because I was a little busy but someone has given me the names of some lawyers which I have sent correspondence to and I am awaiting on their reply so hopefully I will see you in St Lucia so thanks a lot for your help.
