In the meantime, its summer, holiday time (UK parliament recess 21 July - 5 Sept), kids out of school, on hols, everyone can relax, then back to business in the last quarter of 2016

There';s nothing to stop Parliament actually debating whether to trigger Article 50 before recess if they choose to.
