Scam
I received today a text messag, claiming to be from HM Passport Office. It reads -
"Passport validity rules for Europe have changed, you may need to renew earlier than planned. Visit......", followed by what appears to be a UK-Gov web page. The alarm bells rang as soon a I saw it ! Punctuation is bizarre. |

It seems that the Passport Office is sending texts to those who recently got new passports and provided mobile numbers on application. A sign of the times that we assume that something is a scam when it is, in fact, a legitimate message from our masters. Sending a message with punctuation and grammatical errors is usually a sign of the scammer. this was simply composed by someone who does not know how to punctuate !
