SNP Leadership, especially carpetbaggers, careerists and the WokeFolk are not happy.

You have to understand the voting system for Holyroo, There is a Cponstitiuency vote (FPTP)To get some balance there is alo a "LIST" which we choose in our second vote. Counting is weighted so the more votes a party gets in Vote 1, the more diffoicult it is get votes on The List. BBC Alba, along with some other small parties is staning only on The List.
If this kind of thing interests you google "d'Hondt" electoral system

As a recent arrival back into UK,it appears to me that both Scotland & England need a newly-formed party. However I do wonder,as said by Shard,if this is a grudge decision by Alex Salmon.Perhaps it would have been wiser for this new party to have chosen a different Head & Salmon taking a lesser title even though he initiated this group.

Media and SNP Leadership are trying to turn this into an issue of Personality. It is not aboiut Salmond v, Sturgeon. It is about tactics, policies, ideas , and the Road to Independence.

Blogs are ofetn a better guide to what is going on than the scribblings of journalists. Here iain Lawson explains that this is not "about one man;s ego" as SNP Leadership and mainstram Media contend. It is about policies, tactics and ideas on our road. For years SNP leadershipo have stifled debate and discussion, by adopting a "Party Line". Teminds me of the CPGB under Harry Pollitt !

The polls suggest support for Indy has been growing. I am not a great believer in polls though. Public opinion is not unitary and there are divisions. My views are clear. We have to break away.
