This unconventional works wonders on my ultra sensitive skin. Fill old cotton sock or face washer with rubber band with one cup plain old fashioned oats. Yep porridge. Chuck in bath as it fills with warm not hot water. Squeeze and sqish oat sock to release liquid oat milk basically. Soak yourself fo 10 mins.

Do you have that with milk and sugar, or the traditional salt?
