A wonderful house David! I love Brixham, and the surrounding area. So many nice walks, and good proximity to Torquay. You were so lucky to find a house like that, at such a great price. Congrats!

Congrats HighTide! What a house! The Tide is certain turning - how marvellous and so exciting. I hope you will be happy there, its looks like the sort of house I could easily live in. Dont let any rooms to the others, you'll never get them out!

I had my friend who is a lawyer write up a document giving my husband the right to complete and sign my tax papers last April. There is a funny story to that though where it says is your spousal dead he had clicked yes. He then had to explain he had made a mistake. I never did anything else, they do know that I do not live there anymore. They have never written anything to me asking for anything else. Sorry that is all I can tell you.

I don't know the answer to that. I just went to xe.com to see if I could find the answer, but it wasn't clearly available and I can't go digging around the website at the moment. I'll get back to you on that the next time I'm doing a transfer, if I can find an answer.

Thanks, but don't go to too much trouble - I can do some digging around, just thought you might know offhand.

Congratulations David!! That house is absolutely beautiful, what a wonderful find, and with a lovely guest cottage too. Are you going to live in one, while you renovate the other and then switch?

You and your partner must be ecstatic. You are an absolute inspiration to everyone
