Darjeeling or Assam ?

Which do you prefer ? I compromise by keeping both.

Of course I keep leaf tea in my kitchen . No tea bags here ! Modern abominatiuons !

Any other "Tea Jennies" out there ? ( A Scots expression for one who drinks too much tea !)

Ceylon is also good. In jeddah and Dhahran I used a special blend of Ceylon packed for the Saudi market. Now I have forgotten the name but ! must get our man in The Hejaz to check it out and send me a kilo !

GOTCHA ! Home - Rabea

They do teabags but I will stick to leaf tea ! What would my English heroes, Dr Johnson or George Orwell say to te bags ?

I will refrain from comment on those who drink "Yorkshire Tea". Who will speculate on the location of the plantations that produce this unspeakable beverage ?
