The 'Bon Voyage' Thread! - Flight Tracker!

Re: The 'Bon Voyage' Thread! - Flight Tracker!
I reckon this thread needs a bump, seems to have been abandoned lately.
We are off home in a weeks time. Animals are booked with Air Canada on the 8th, and we fly Air Transat the next day. Hoping everything will go smoothly. Definitely way over baggage allowance, so will just have to suck up the cost.
Also a little worried about customs/immigration, as youngest kids passports expire end of July, but they are British children, with British passports travelling to Britain, so hopefully should be ok.
I know there's a few others heading home in May, sooo excited!

They will be fine as they have the right to live in the UK as British citizens and that cannot be refuted. As long as the passports are valid you will have no issue

Thank you all very much. Just hope my nerves can withstand the steps I still need to take before departure - such as screaming at shipping costs lol!

Goodness, how time flies! Wishing you the best of everything!
My daughter and her husband are leaving tomorrow for Stratford upon Avon. He will be working for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
I have just paid a deposit on a lovely apartment overlooking the river Lagan less than a mile from my brother's house in Belfast. The agent has been wonderful and no extra dog deposit required. So from today my countdown also begins.
Please keep in touch. Bon Voyage!

Leaving Dallas today for Dublin via Chicago. First class on AA points. My little dogs arrived safe and sound on Monday into Belfast. I feel less excited than I thought. 43 years here and the goodbyes have taken a huge emotional toll. Prayers for an uneventful trip, please.
