Default Partial FD withdrawal approval via Post?

Good news is I got approval to withdraw 50K of my MM2H FD for my car purchase.

Bad news is my approval letter is awaiting pickup at Putrajaya and I'm in Penang.

I've sent an email asking them to mail it to me but no response yet.

Were any of you able to get the approval letter for partial FD withdrawal mailed to you?

eCdD do you know if an appointed MM2H agent is allowed to collect it?

I did my MM2H application etc through an agent and I can confirm that in my case the agent arranged to get the partial withdrawal authorization.
There was no need for me to go to KL.

Update on our experience: they've sent the partial FD withdrawal approval letter to us via poslaju with tracking number.

Another option: they told us that with a letter of authorisation, someone else (not just an MM2H agent) could have collected the letter on our behalf.
