Looks like MOTAC has recently suspended the operations of all licensed agents handling MM2H

Does anyone have any insight as to when ALL the new rules will finalized?
And whether the gov. fees and agent fees (application) that I paid before the scheme was suspended (3 yrs ago) can partially offset a ‘new’ application based on the new regulations? - once decided upon or realistically is this a case of ‘money down the pan’? They take your money and extensive official application docs then change the rules whilst waiting for our MM2H visas, without any warning, and keep your money. My wife and I live in Singapore (I am PR) and had our hearts set on retiring to Penang.
