Are they changing the Sabah MM2H, too.

I thought, like Sarawak, the State govt decides their own rules and regulations re. immigration. and Sabah MM2H and Sarawak MM2H. Sarawak MM2H is much, much affordable vs.the Peninsular program and has been for awhile.
