Hi, I've been trying to contact Yvonne from Joy Stay (via email) for a couple of weeks now. I get an automated reply saying that they will respond within 3 working days but then - nothing.

Is anyone aware if Yvonne is still working for Joy Stay or if Joy Stay is even still in business. Many thanks in advance for any info.

I used JOy-Stay for my application and believe they were still operating pre COVID. According to the official MM2H website they are still a registered agent.
