Best ways to view English language TV shows in eastern Europe
 

I plan to live in Eastern Europe, outside the EU. Which, in the experience of forum members, is the best way to view English-language TV shows over there by subscription or free? I am especially interested in modern movies. I know that different country news programs are quite easy to access and to view, but movies in English are not so accessible if you live outside the EU. And for example, is there a way to access Channel 4, ITV 2, and other channels we get on Freeview in the UK?
