Any advice for buying cheap beachfront real estate in Ecuador?
Hello everyone, I would like to look for cheap beachfront property in ecuador...but im not sure how to start any suggestions?

Finding property in Ecuador on the net is not the easiest thing to do, best thing is just to go out there and look around, yes property is cheap but when they know a gringo is looking the property price can shoot up 50%, best thing if you don`t know anybody native of the country, then find fellow expats that live there for their advice and they will give you an idea of what the value of properties really are.
