Default P60 and Letters of Registration of Tenancy

My wife and I are planning to move to Ireland. She's a Uk citizen I'm a US citizens. Now I know once I arrive I have a lot of things to do, specifically applying for a resident card now on the forms that's provided online it asks for a P60 form and a letter of registration of tenancy, now how will my wife get those forms?
Also I've read landlords don't like giving those letters out so what then?

You'll only have a P60 if you've worked, because it's your end of year tax certificate. You might want to read here: Registration of non-EEA nationals in Ireland

so with the stamp instead of a card we won't have to worry about P60 forms

Indeed, as you'd only have a P60 after employment. According to information, you would get the stamp 4. You will still need an address in the State if you look under rules.

I would still recommend to ring this number, just to have it official.
