Default moving from uk to ireland

hi,

i used to live in ireland as a child (am uk citzen but have pps number) and i am hoping to soon move back to ireland.

I have been told to move with savings (i have very little but a very understand father who lives in ireland already for 10years) as i currently dnt have a job and wouldnt when i move and from my understanding i wouldnt be able to claim anything for 2 years :/ including child benefit.

i have a pps number, i will have nothing to do with england at all as will be closing all dealing with the country (which is to prove to the courts here that i am true about moving out of the country, just had a long battle with childs father to enable me to move)

what r the other habitual residence i would need before my 2 years r up to prove i want to be in ireland?

This has been discussed here before. Go back to July 28th on this forum and there are postings from Sean MacMaghnuis which should answer all your questions.

Good luck.
