More people returning and buying
While Dublin has seen house prices increase, the rest of the country has some amazing property bargains and I've noticed more people are coming, or returning to the West of Ireland. Especially pensioners from the UK are buying in smaller towns and I've noticed more Americans buying in rural areas. Galway City is also doing well and more start ups are happening
