I am a Chef by trade, now working as a freelance Web Designer, and my wife an excellent Domestic with child minding experience and references. As I have over 10 years experience in the Hotel and catering industry we would also consider running a b & b, small hotel, bar etc. As a trained Chef, Web Designer etc. we have numerous skills that could be utilised.

Hi - I have no idea if such jobs exist but you could have a look at irishjobs.ie for a start and have a look through the listed agencies and companies to see who offers jobs in the tourist industry. To be honest, getting such a job without accommodation is probably quite easy - looking for accommodation for a family is going to be difficult I'd imagine.
