Venezia Carnevale 2007
 

I will be in Venice for Carnevale 2007. I am trying to decide which
carnevale ball or party I should attend. Which carnevale ball is a
must-see event? They are rather expensive so I am planning to attend
one paid party and then enjoy myself with the free events throughout
the carnevale. Any suggestions?

Take what comes, you'll have fun anyway.

In Corinaldese dialect, "pigliare" is pronounced "pi'are", and it's
universally used in place of "prendere".

It's not used up north here. I needed to ask the wife what it meant!
