Yes :-) We say that "Avec des si, on met Paris en bouteille" = Using
"ifs", you'll put Paris in a bottle.

Oh come on! It's arc de triomphe. And "de" is not a plural form. I
posted you a link to a *dictionary* which is more reliable than any of
us here, and yet you claim that I'm the French arrogant?

You can't even admit a grammar mistake!
