Turkish lira question

I'm off to Istanbul next week for a visit. My understanding is that coins and
notes go out of circulation frequently there because of the high rate of
inflation. I want to make sure I know what is currently in circulation so I
don't get cheated by receiving out-of-circulation money as change when I buy
something.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I can tell Turkey currently has
four coins and six notes in circulation as follows:
Coins:
25,000 lira
50,000 lira
100,000 lira
250,000 lira
Notes:
250,000 lira
500,000 lira
1,000,000 lira
5,000,000 lira
10,000,000 lira
20,000,000 lira
Is that correct? If not, I'd appreciate it if someone would give me accurate
information. Thank you.

Just to help you keep a little perspective... if you get one of these in
change and it turns out not to be valid, you will have been cheated by about
$0.02.

Dont even worry about the coins. You will be lucky to even see any. Most
shops will give a sweet as change. If you do get coins then the only use I
have found for them is to leave them for the toilet attendant.
You are right with the notes. Take time to get used to the different colours
and you will be fine.
