Default Train Strikes in France?

My daughter is booked to travel from Holland to Avignon early next
week.
I have heard there are train strikes in France.
Can anyone advise what the present state of play is? Or alternatively
an English language site on the web where up to date information is
available.
Thanks in advance.

Various labor unions (there are a half-dozen at least) have strikes of
Paris public transport and SNCF trains planned starting on June 2 & 3.
Some of these are planned to last a fixed time period, others are
indefinite...

I have looked at the SNCF web site but found nothing (pretty lame if you
ask me).

Posters on the stations are warning of the likelihood of serious
disruptions from tomorrow (Tuesday) onwards.
