I'm headed to the Basque Coast in a few weeks with my surfing wife, a 2
year-old and a 6 month-old.

I surfed the Biarritz - Hossegor area 3 or 4 trips back in the mid-90s. But
that was a long time ago.

Anyone have any suggestions on good places to go to surf where we will find
other families and young kids?

Any suggestions on more upscale accomodation that would be good with little
kids?

Babysitting?

Shortboard rentals? (Can't take boards when I've got all this baby stuff).

Any and all advice appreciated.

Can't guarantee you will find family and kids, but in and around Anglet,
or St Jean De Luz. Biarritz is probably a good place for home base as
well. BTW drop me a line ([email protected]) I would be
interested in chatting about your trip as I am doing the same next fall
