Strasbourg and Parliment calendar
 

We will be in Switzerland on business during May and would like to
visit Strasbourg- probably during the week of May 16th_ I just
downloaded the Parliment calendar for May and am a little confused.

The week proceeding this -the 9th-12th- there are sessions and
therefore, I an assuming that the town should avoided due to possible
hotel problems. But the week of the 16th-20th are "constituency week" .
This seems to take place 4 times a year. Is this also a bad time to be
there? I do not know what this means.
