Hi,
Is there a public tranportation available from the sevilla airport to
the cathedral area or do I have to take a cab.
Thanks
Abhijit

'fraid you'll have to work out where it actually goes.

The airport at Seville is one of my favourites. It never seems to be too
busy and the departure hall is large for the amount of traffic.
When you arrive on the ground level, after the baggage hall, you will find
the city bus at the far left side in front of the taxi queue. There is a
timetable on the bus stop but basically it runs about every 30 minutes and
will take you into the centre - I think it will stop opposite Hotel Alfonso
XIII which is near the Cathedral and that hotel is one of the most expensive
in Andalucia, if not THE most expensive ! The bus fare is (when I rode it
recently) Euros 2.20 which won't buy you much at the hotel.
if you want a bit more information about Seville look at this informative
