Sculpture 'Somewhere in Eastern Europe'

Sorry, I don't know anywhere better to ask this.
Years ago I saw a photo of a piece of sculpture, I have long
since forgotten the details but the picture still stays in my mind.
It is executed in unpainted cement and is 4 or 5 meters of city
pavement. The idea is that the surface has suddenly turned soft.
There are about ten figures in various stages of falling through
and are trying to save themselves.
The figures I remember where a man in a trilby and raincoat who
has sunk almost to his waist and a very, very harassed looking
woman pushing a pram which is about to capsize.
Can anyone tell me where this is?

I don't think that this is it but there are similar figures
to this in Bratislavia, climbing out of the pavement in various
places.

I don't think that this is it but there are similar figures
to this in Bratislavia, climbing out of the pavement in various
places.
