Go to the Vatican web site and find the Scavi (archaeological) section
for the fax number. Wire your request and they will likely email you
your necessary paper work if you provide them which such and they can
accomodate you at that time. Regards, s

I've booked it 3 times by e-mail, the 1st was canceled (structural
problems), the 2nd was fine (Mar01) except the Graffiti Wall section was
closed-off and I just booked it again in Jan for a March visit (hoping
that section is reopened.
I gave them the dates I would be available and the number of tickets, I
also included age, name and address. I got a date and confirmation
number in 48hrs although it can take longer.
Go to www.twenj.com/romevatican.htm
for info and their e-mail address.
This site is also of interest.
