Not 8am-10pm? (That's the hours of the one near me.)

Following up to Owain
>Big Tesco
>Finest Italian Meat Pizzas for GBP 2. A lot of things need cooking though.
I noticed yesterday on the salad section they had a range under
the label "coleslaw and dips" a lot of rice and pasta based
dishes, ready to eat, from 99p to 1.99p, you could get a salad to
go with it for 65p.
"Value" ready meals like macaroni cheese (need cooking) started
under £1.

It's not an area I spend much time in, I'm afraid.
In the West End (theatre district) there are two or maybe more restaurants
called Stockpot which serve good very cheap meals - Googling will find
their addresses. You can also eat cheaply in Chinatown (sometimes well,
sometimes not) and in some of the Italian restaurants around the Old
Compton Street area.
But "cheaply" in this context still means a minimum of five pounds
per person. Watch out for "extras" - things like drinks, side salads,
coffee can add a /lot/ to what looks like a basically cheap meal.
