Use tuna tinned in brine, drain well, and flake it.

How do you do tuna? Tinned would be soggy mess, fresh uncooked underneath, I

Tuna and onion is quite common here. "Tonno e cipolla." I suppose they
drain the tuna thoroughly that they plan to use for the day...
