It was snowing a very little bit this morning, which was against the
instructions I sent to God.
When I get to heaven and I am going to organized a democratic movement
and do away with the current system of Government.
We will then have a Ministry of Weather (on earth), hire a number of
civil servants to administer it and all well be better. I will propose
myself as Minister.

Didn't Mxsmanic post a short while back that Paris temperatures had reached
the 70s (that would have been either late February or early March)? This is
one odd bit of weather.

Yes, they reached the 70s (Fahrenheit) earlier this year, placing them
almost 40° F above normal. I fear this is only a sign of things to
come.

In Paris, as I stated, we have had no frozen water in the gutters this year.
I don't remember that not having occurred before. We are having cooler
weather into March than I expected. But weather patterns are complicated.
If we get weather directly from the North sea it is cold, from Siberia via
Germany colder, from the west, warmer and wet, from the south warmer and
wet.
So we have a 4-way hit possibility. Indeed, some have predicted that
global warming could mean cooling in Europe due to the weather coming
from the north and the Gulf stream not flowing as far north as it does
now. But so far France and Europe in general has been warmer, we are
in a warming trend and trends will continue until something changes them.
The only change I see possible is a change in the flow patterns
of the Gulf stream.

At least it's supposed to get warmer this weekend. It is suppose to
stay above 5 for a while. Kinda wet though but I'm used to that. FFM

At least it's supposed to get warmer this weekend. It is suppose to
stay above 5 for a while. Kinda wet though but I'm used to that. FFM
