Default Paris Vineyard Day Trip

Hello,
We are planning a trip to Paris early in September. Can anyone provide me
with the name and details (including cost) for a fun, one-day excursion to a
vineyard outside of Paris? I would like to find a package that includes
transportation.

Thank you.

One day would be a bit tight. Except if you want to go to some place in
the Loire valley perhaps. These are not at the same level as Bordeaux or
Burgundy though.

Going to Bordeaux or Burgundy, I would probably allocate at least three
days.

Rheims is not too far, the Champagne cellars are interesting,
plus there is an interesting cathedral.

So true. It is not very far, and it is a pleasant drive. The countryside around
Rheims is very nice. The city itself is quite interesting. It is like a miniature
Paris, and much, much cheaper.

I thought about this, but if the idea is to see vineyards and a wine
domaine, the Montmartre one is tiny, though quite scenic. They make the
wine in the cellar of the mairie of the arrondissment, where they also sell
the wine. It's quite pretty, almost rural, in this part of Paris, but is
near the famous Lapin Agile, where Picasso and his buddies hung out in the
20s, looking pretty much unchange.
