Hey folks,
Finally persuaded my girl friend to give camping a go, at the moment we are
fairly ill equipped with only a tent, rucsacs & roll matts. It seems u can
buy an endless amount of kit, I was wondering if theres any must have kit
people would recommend?
TIA

It all rather depends how you are travelling:
flying /public transport?
driving your own car?
hiking?
which will determine how much stuff you can carry - suggest at least
- cooking equipment, if only to make a brew
- light sleeping bag or sheet
- sun shade
if you've got a car, take some folding chairs also, cheap plastic airbeds
will add comfort for sleeping
