Yes, but it's not exclusively gay. There's quite a mix.

Yes, there's a big gay scene. Google for "gay Mykonos guide" or similar
and you'll find plenty of information.

Yes, but it is hardly a situation, just that it is a place where gay people
can expect to be treated normally so they go there. There are even more
very young college age heteros.
