Lost my mail settings

Default Lost my mail settings

We got back from Tescos just now, I checked my mail and discovered i'd
lost all my mail and newsgroup settings. Wiped clean. Luckily I had
backed up my address book. Can you reply to this so I can check mail
receipts please?

Thanks. Just realised that I posted this to a newsgroup. It was meant to
be an email to a friend. But thanks for replying.

I was wondering how we were going to reach a "nowhere.com" email address...
