Earlier this month I scheduled a pickup at Heathrow and for return back
to Heathrow using London-Transfers.com based on postings I had read
from others. I completed their online reservation form and upon my
arrival a driver was waiting for me. The pickup service was great.
The day before my return, which was already confirmed via e-mail, I
called and left a message to verify my scheduled pickup. I didn't get
a call back so called again the next morning and left messages at the
main number and the cell phone number that came in my e-mail
confirmation. My pickup time came and went and London-Transfers.com
did not show up. Luckily the hotel arranged a pickup for me that got
me to the airport in time for my flight. I recommend that anyone
considering using this company think twice. I never did hear back from
them even by e-mail.
