Default Leasing Auto from Renault USA

We've just arranged to lease a Renault Espace from Renault USA. We're going
to pick it up in Munich near the end of June and drop it in London four
weeks later. Any useful lessons learned about this company or the car would
be helpful.

I've used them tens of times, but not the way you are doing [picking up
one place and dropping off in another country]

But you know about those charges, and that is not your question.

The only minor problem on a few occasions was that I had a several
hours' wait when picking it up in Paris.

I dealt with Europe by Car both in LA and NY.

Very satisfied.

Have you thought about driving in England with the steering wheel on "wrong"
side?
I have picked up in Amsterdam and dropped off in Calais and that was no
problem.

Can you give more info on this, might be an option for me. We'll be in
Ireland for 2 weeks in July.

Dear Jim:

Europe By Car is the U.S. agent for the Renault Eurodrive tax-free
tourist leasing program, as well as leases from other companies and
rentals for shorter durations.

Leasing a vehicle from Renault or its competitors is for durations 17
days or longer.

For 14 days in Ireland, it will almost certainly be cheaper to rent a
car. We'd much rather lease you a car, but it just won't be
cost-effective.

We can provide quotes on rentals at 800-223-1516 or
www.europebycar.com
