Language Software Recommendations Please

Hi Gang-

I would like to learn a little Romanian and Hungarian in preparation for my
trip this summer. I have already purchased "In Flight Hungarian" and find it a
simple but useful resource (Audio CD). Can anyone recommend other language
programs they have used and found helpful? I prefer audio CDs to use in the
car, but welcome all suggestions.

TIA-

Christine

I've used Transparent Language software and liked it. The best thing
I've found, though, are the Foreign Service language learning tapes.
Barron's has republished them for many languages and these versions are
a lot cheaper than the originals. I've used the French and Italian
tapes (also available on CD) and found them extremely useful. You can
find them in most bookstores and at Amazon.
