Hotels near Malpensa
With a midmorning departure in prospect and rental car to return, I would
appreciate suggestions for a hotel/inn/doss house, comfortable, in the
medium to upper medium price range near Malpensa Airport. Some one posting
here within the last couple of weeks had such a recommendation, but I've
mislaid it.

You might try Hotel Cervo. It's right at the airport and moderately priced.

I recommended staying in Gattinera. Small wine town about 30min NW of
MXP. Food is decent, hotels very reasonable, and the wine is famous.
We staty ad eat at the Tre Scalini. I don't think it is in any guide
book.
