I am considering a ten day stay at the Hotel Beaubourg in March. The hotel is
located on Rue Simon le Franc, a block from Centre Pompidou. Does anyone have
feedback on this hotel?
Thanks in advance!

That's a great location, if you want to be so close to the sex shops in Les
Halles, that is. It's also near a rather busy street that will have traffic
all night because of all the activity nearby, Rue du Renard.
What about that hotel appeals to you and how did you select it?

I suppose there are less charming quarters in Paris but you would be hard pressed
to find them. In addition, I wouldn't want to be that close to the Centre
Pompidou-it's ugliness might rub off.
